Mr. S C Nijhawan has more than 42 years of experience in design and project management related to turbine and generator refurbishment and new unit construction. As a mechanical design engineer, he has participated in all project phases, from the design, manufacturing and the turbine and generator erection, to writing of technical specifications, site works and manufacturing follow up for projects. He also has experience in the design and execution of all aspects of mini-hydroelectric stations including Turbines, Turbine Inlet Valves, Pump Stations, Powerhouse Drainage & Dewatering systems, Fire Protection systems, Heating Ventilation & Air-Conditioning systems, Cranes etc.

Mr. T K Sadhu has over 40 years of hands on experience in carrying out Planning of the Hydrological aspects (from conceptualization to identification of data requirements, evolving methodology and assessment of design hydrological parameter), providing guidance in detailed studies required for estimating of design Flood, assessment of water availability and sedimentation aspects, all quality aspects of the DPR (Hydrology) checked and validated using state of art technology with satellite image interpretation, presentation in ministry of environment & forest (for statutory clearance MOEF & CWC.)
