Mr. O P Ajmera, CEO, is having a rich and a diversified experience of 33 years in financial evaluation of project, project financing, cash flow management and project implementation of hydropower and other infrastructure projects. The power portfolio of the LNJ BHILWRA GROUP is being guided by him. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary.
Mr Rakesh Mahajan has over 39 years of experience in design of hydroelectric projects from concept to commissioning with capacity ranging from 1 MW to 1000 MW with a Bachelor and Master’s degree in Civil engineering. He has been involved in planning, optimising, monitoring, and design of large, medium and small hydroelectric projects including canal fall, shaft type, surface, underground and pumped storage schemes.
Mr S K Datta is a civil engineer with extensive experience of 35 Years. During his career, Mr. Datta has been responsible for conceptual & feasibility studies, DPR’s, concrete and rock–fill dams, rock stability analysis, geotechnical design, preparation of technical specifications and detailed drawings of major hydro projects and civil works.
Mr. B S Khatri is an Electrical Engineer.  He has over 45 years experience in the consulting industry.  Mr Khatri has been involved in all aspects of the design, specification, and supervision of manufacturing, construction and commissioning of Electrical systems related to several Hydroelectric Plants as well as Industrial Plants for both the domestic and international markets.
Mr. P. K. Giri an electrical engineering graduate from Panjab Engineering College, Chandigarh and has over 37 years of experience in design and construction of Transmission Lines & substations in India and overseas projects. His Transmission Line experience spans from 400 Volts  to 400 kV Lines.

Mr. Claudio Vissa has over 40 years of engineering experience in design and implementation of hydroelectric projects with capacity ranging from 2 MW to 5,500 MW. His expertise includes design of dams, surface and underground power plants, water control structures such as spillways, intakes, penstocks, and diversion tunnels.
Mr. Ashraf Alam has more than 40 years of experience in studies, analysis, design and supervision of construction of structures and civil works, including twenty-three years in hydroelectric project development in Canada and overseas.
Mr. German Vera Lazo has over 45 years of experience in hydroelectric projects (5 to 1500 MW) as Project Director, as specialist in hydraulics / general layouts, which are in Canada, Ethiopia, Sudan, Rwanda, Tanzania, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Mexico, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras, Panama, Peru, Chile, Colombia and Argentina.
Mr. Yogendra Deva, an Engineering Geologist has over 40 years’ experience in the field of hydroelectric projects with 33 years at Geological Survey of India as Geologist to Director. He was responsible for Geological Engineering involving exploration, management, design, construction for power plants of 4 MW to 1500 MW capacity all over in India and parts of Nepal, Bhutan, Myanamar and Democratic Republic of Congo.

Mr. S C Nijhawan has more than 42 years of experience in design and project management related to turbine and generator refurbishment and new unit construction. As a mechanical design engineer, he has participated in all project phases, from the design, manufacturing and the turbine and generator erection, to writing of technical specifications, site works and manufacturing follow up for projects. He also has experience in the design and execution of all aspects of mini-hydroelectric stations including Turbines, Turbine Inlet Valves, Pump Stations, Powerhouse Drainage & Dewatering systems, Fire Protection systems, Heating Ventilation & Air-Conditioning systems, Cranes etc.

Mr. T K Sadhu has over 40 years of hands on experience in carrying out Planning of the    Hydrological    aspects    (from conceptualization to identification of data requirements, evolving methodology and assessment of   design  hydrological    parameter), providing guidance in detailed studies required for estimating of design Flood, assessment of water availability  and sedimentation aspects, all quality aspects of the DPR (Hydrology) checked and validated using state of art technology   with satellite   image interpretation, presentation in ministry of environment & forest (for statutory clearance MOEF & CWC.)
