Indo Canadian Consultancy Services Ltd (ICCS) is a global Consultancy engineering Company based in New Delhi, India. ICCS was established on 1st January 1995 as a Joint venture company between Bhilwara Energy Limited (BEL), a flagship company in Power Sector of LNJ BHILWARA Group and RSW Inc, Montreal, Canada, a wholly owned subsidiary of AECOM Limited.

With experience of more than 25 years, ICCS has gained extensive experience in the field of Water Resources, Infrastructure and Hydro Power Projects and in India, Nepal, Bhutan Sri Lanka, Guatemala, Rwanda and Congo for major, medium, mini and micro Hydel schemes. ICCS is also extensively working in design of transmission line and substation (33 kV to 400 kV).
