ICCS has gained extensive experience in the field of hydro power plants in India, Nepal, Bhutan and Sri Lanka for major, medium, mini and micro Hydel schemes covering engineering aspects from site assessment and identification, preliminary feasibility studies, feasibility study, detailed design & engineering and project management services. ICCS presently employs nearly 100 professionals having expertise in hydropower engineering, hydrology, hydraulics, geo-technical engineering, structural design, electro-mechanical and hydro-mechanical engineering, project costing, project management and transmission line design. ICCS is providing consultancy services for last 25 years for hydro power, water resources and irrigation projects from concept to commissioning which includes Pre-Feasibility studies, Investigations, Detailed Project Report, Detailed Design & Engineering, Bid Preparation and evaluation, Owners’ Engineers, Project Management and commissioning assistance, Lenders Engineering Services etc. About 75% of ownership of ICCS vests with Bhilwara Energy Limited (BEL), a major Independent Power Producer (IPP) in India. About 25% of ownership of ICCS vests with RSW Inc, Montreal, Canada (a wholly owned subsidiary of AECOM Limited)

ICCS has extensive experience on design and engineering of hydro power projects in Himalayan Terrain. Consultant has to its credit experience of providing detailed design and engineering consultancy to over 25 projects already in operation in various states in India. Our experience included design of all underground project components including settling basin, HRT, Valve House, Surge shaft and Power House Complex. 

We have full time in house experts in the field of hydropower, Hydrology, Hydraulics, Structural Design, electrical Works, Mechanical Works, Hydro- Mechanical Works, Transmission Line Works and Geological/ Geo-technical Works. 

Since its incorporation, ICCS has gained extensive experience in the field of hydro power sector in India, Indonesia, Bhutan, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Burundi, Guatemala, Rwanda and Democratic Republic of Congo, Africa for major, medium, mini and micro Hydro schemes covering engineering aspects from site assessment and identification, preliminary feasibility studies, feasibility study, detailed design & engineering and project management, Lenders Engineering services. ICCS is also extensively working in design of transmission line and substation (33 kV to 400 kV). ICCS presently employs nearly 30 professionals having expertise in hydropower engineering, hydrology, hydraulics, geo-technical engineering, structural design, electro-mechanical and hydro-mechanical engineering, project costing and financial analysis, project management and transmission line design. 

In Africa, ICCS has completed engineering services for Kakobola HEP (10.5 MW) in Democratic Republic of Congo. Also, ICCS has to its credit the design work of 225/150 and 225/33/15kV substation in Mali. ICCS has provided Consultancy Services for HFO Sets & its Construction Supervision in Rwanda in association with our Joint venture partner RSW International, Canada. ICCS is also presently involved in consultancy services for Detailed Design & Engineering for Kabu 16 (20 MW) HEP, Burundi. 

ICCS has provided complete engineering support to BEL in design, project management and operation of 2 operating Hydropower projects of about 300 MW capacity and over 100 MW capacity Wind power projects and Solar power projects. ICCS is associated with engineering of projects funded by IFC, ADB, EXIM Bank, Allahabad Bank and other International and Indian financial institutions.

ICCS has also completed Feasibility Reports for Nyam jang Chu (780 MW), Allain Duhangan HEP (192 MW), Tidong (100 MW), Bharmour HEP (45 MW) and Harsar HEP (60 MW) Barabangahal (200 MW) and Chango Yangthang (180 MW) HEP, Hanol Tuini (60 MW) and Mori Hanol (63 MW) in India, Likhu (120 MW),Balephi (50 MW), Tamakoshi (200MW),Kali Gandki Koban Khola(400MW) in Nepal and Begana (18 MW) HEP in Bhutan. Pre-feasibility Studies and Detailed Project Reports for several small hydro projects in India like Baragaon-II HEP (24 MW), Taraila (5 MW), Balsio (5MW) Dhancho(18 MW), Malana III (30 MW) and Balason (48 MW) have also been prepared by ICCS.

ICCS has finalised the Feasibility Study Report of Mereubo2 HEP (59 MW) and Redelong HEP (18 MW), Aceh Province, Indonesia. 

ICCS has provided Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for Tawa HEP (15 MW), Malana HEP (86 MW), Allain Duhangan HEP (192 MW) and number of small power projects in India. ICCS has completed engineering services for Kakobola HEP (10.5 MW) in Democratic Republic of Congo. ICCS is providing PMC services for Lower Kalnai (48 MW) and Parnai (37.5 MW) HEPs in J&K, India.

ICCS has provided Consultancy Services for HFO Sets & its Construction Supervision in Rwanda in association with our Joint venture partner RSW International, Canada. ICCS is also presently involved in consultancy services for the design of 225/150 and 225/33/15kV substation in Mali.

ICCS is empanelled with various banks and IREDA for providing Lenders Engineers services for power projects. ICCS has also carried out the Lender’s Engineer services for 5 MW Baner Sangam, 24 MW Baragaon HEP, Hemavathy HEP (8 MW), Motighad SHP(5 MW) ,Tanga SHP(5 MW) and Mahan II HEP(24 MW).
